Return Policy

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

 

Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Actions possible.

Fruits and Vegetables/perishables:

Refund only and not in Cash but in Kind for purchase of another item of the same amount.

Fruits and Vegetables ordered would be delivered and any issue may be seen at the time of delivery and not accept if any issue. Once accepted they cannot be replaced or exchanged.

Rest of grocery items/other items from the seller can be exchanged if the packet is not opened and an issue is found with the quality/different brand or equivalent delivered by the seller and the buyer is not in acceptance of the same. In such a case the same can be handed over at the time of New delivery and the New packet/goods is delivered. There cannot be any refund/exchange in case of the product is accepted  the second time.

Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons.

Returns (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as milk, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within 7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
